Word from Our Proprietrix:
On the evolution of obsession.
The past eight years have been a fabulous experience for my
business.
In 1996 I launched online corset and clothing shop at www.fetishesboutique.com.
In 1997 I partnered with Psydde Delicious to create and sponsor
the first annual
Diabolique Charity Masquerade Ball that just this year raised
nearly $20,000 for charity!
In 1998 I opened my retail store at 704 S. 5th St and expanded
the selection to include quality adult toys and accessories.
In 1999 the store created the first annual Libertine
Ball on the Liberty Belle paddle boat and launched the first
volume of our monthly PASSIONAL
Magazine.
Since then my team has opened Aphrodite
Gallery, Philadelphia's only erotic art gallery which hosts
our famous PASSION
101 Fantasy Workshops program and registers patrons for
our SEXPEDITIONS
tour. We have also participated in dozens of community projects
and events, which we will continue to do.
Glamour grows up.
I have no regrets about any of the products or projects that
I have created along with my talented staff at Fetishes Boutique
during our maiden voyages through the realms of fantasy into
the romantic maturity that is PASSIONAL.
In fact, I am excited that the new name allows me to open shop
in more places and share my passions with more people than ever
before!
Fantasy
becomes reality.
We had partied for seven years "like it's 1999" and
as of January 1, 2004 we have come of age with a new name to
celebrate our rebirth: PASSIONAL.
On
PASSIONAL Propaganda.
Our relaunch of the newly revamped, full color PASSIONAL
MAGAZINE has created a favored monthly read in Philadelphia
since Jan 2004! Look for one of our 20,000 copies in newsboxes,
salons and nightclubs all around town for news, events, advice,
and more! Soon to be available in your favorite clubs, shops
and events all over the continental U.S. and beyond!
PASSIONAL
makes house calls!
Now can have one of our experienced sales staff visit your home
to demonstrate and sell products to your guests. You can schedule
a home party featuring corsets, lingerie, shoes, toys or a combination
thereof and we will bring our magic into your home. You can
even hire one of our local fantasy
workshops presenters to teach a class at your club, school
or home.
